We dont dodge the ball, the ball dodges us.
10 men, 6 balls, 1 dream. Every Australian has a dream of putting on the Green & Gold and representing this great sporting nation. Unfortunately, most never make it. Some will tell their story of just missing out on Australian selection. This is not our story. We have always fallen well short of any national honours. But we have sought to remedy that first inadequacy by selecting ourselves into a sport that previously had no association and no history of Australia ever competing. A group of 10 mates have found the greatest loop hole in Australian sport and registered themselves as the Australian Dodgeball Association thereby selecting themselves into the national team which will compete in the world dodgeball championships in August 2010. Whilst the likes of Ian Thorpe and Cathy Freeman took the easy way out and waited for someone else to select them into the Australian national team, we ten men have taken our balls into our own hands and have decided to keep our dream alive. This is our chance. This is our moment. This is our YouTube video.
